A letter to Georgia

Dear Georgia,

Long time, no see... It's been a long time since we've last seen each other.. But, Easter holiday is coming! I'm super excited to spend more time with you and my family. Spring in Greece means sunny days, loads of delicious food and long strolls around Plaka. Plus, I'll try again the amazing arepas and empanadas at Los Loros. -Chicharrón forever- !!!

But, for now, let me take you out at my favourite cafe in Bath. I travelled to Bath a few days ago for my name day. Discovering The Foodie Bugle was a lovely surprise! Actually, it's not exactly a cafe (or not only a cafe). I'd describe it (more accurately) as a tearoom and a home-ware shop/''paradise''.

This year, I had the chance to travel around UK and visit several small cities. This made me realize the importance of supporting small and local independent family owned businesses which offer good quality products. Shopping or enjoying a local independent experience empowers the local community and its identity.

In a different post, I'll document my visit to Bath. So stay tuned!
