Halloween special: Pumpkin buns

For the filling:
200g haricot beans (can)
200g butternut squash
80g sugar

For the dough:
300g bread hard flour
50g spinach 
120g water
5g dried yeast
10g sugar
15 oil
3g salt

For the filling:
Boil the haricot beans with sugar until the mixture gets soft
Boil the butternut squash 
Blend beans, butternut squash and sugar in a food processor

For the dough:
Mix all the ingredients of the dough
Place the dough in a warm place and wait until it doubles in size
Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll them in round shapes 

For the pumpkin buns:
Wrap the filling in the dough to form buns 
Tight the buns with cooking string
Bake at 160C for 20 minutes

Tip: Decorate with some pumpkin seeds
